INTRODUCTION TO TECHNOLOGY CENTER

The technical enter of DESHI GROUP was founded in 2004, it is Shandong enterprise technology center, Shandong engineering research center, "one enterprise one technology" research and development center in Dongying. Its major work is to research on improvement recovery effeciency of heavy oil reservoir, conventional reservoir, low-permeability reservoir, to research and develop chemicals of tertiary oil recovery in the lab, to transform part of the research results to pilot amplification and industrialization transformation, to inspect product qualify, to improve technical process, etc.
For many years, the technical center has adhered to the strategic route of science and technology, which combines industry-university-research, and has formed seven core technologies. Seven core technologies are, the comprehensive treatment technology of tertiary oil recovery produced fluid, Nitrogen foam flooding and active water flooding technology in low permeability reservoir, surfactant-polymer flooding in conventional reservoir, CNS thermal chemical of compound oil recovery technology, crude oil desalination and dehydration technology under harsh conditions, demulsification - water clarification integration process technology, the resource utilization technology of heavy oil wastewater.

Research and Development Strength and Industry-University-Research Cooperation

Currently there are 14 professional and senior experts in the technical center. Among them, two experts are entitled to the state council special allowance, and eight are industry experts in CNPC and SINOPEC, and many have won the national petroleum ministry technology award and have many invention patents. Important research areas

Surfactant-polymer flooding

DESHI GROUP is one of the earliest enterprises who is engaged in surfactant- polymer flooding research, in nearly a decade of research and practice in the process, DESHI GROUP has established a perfect data model of rock flooding in the bottom rock, has accumulated hundreds of surfactant products. In 2009, DESHI GROUP’s surfactant products were used in the polymer-surfactant flooding pilot project in high-temperature high-salt formation, which indicated that DESHI GROUP was in the forefront of the industry in the technology of surfactant for oil flooding.

Thermal chemical synthesis technology.

At present, DESHI GROUP has 16 subcritical wet steam generators, 1 supercritical wet steam generator, and has the perfect oil injection qualification. DESHI GROUP can carry out steam stimulation and steam flooding, can design perfect thermal chemical oil production solution according to the formation situation with the group's chemical technology superiority.

Tertiary oil recovery

Tertiary oil recovery technology is widely used in recent years, high water content in fluids in tertiary oil recovery, and have chemical substances such as high polyacrylamide content, high surfactants content. It is harder to separate oil and water, remove oil from sewage, sterilize. DESHI GROUP has overcome technology problems, and has solved a series of problems of high water content and high processing cost.
